WOOD OVEN PIZZA
Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough, and cooked in our wood fired pizza oven, which locks in the flour’s natural aroma and moisture. The long fermentation process of the sourdough makes it easy to digest and when you get that first bite, activates your taste buds. Simple and delicious!
